She was predeceased by: her father Patrick Walsh; her husband John O'Connell; her daughter Kim O'Connell; and her granddaughter Courtney O'Connell (Robert Hopkins). She is survived by: her children, Una Hopkins and John O'Connell, Jr.; her grandchildren, Ashley, R. Connor, Caitlyn Rose, Molina, Alisha and Xyerra; her siblings, Denis Walsh and Pat McGeough; and her cousin Eileen Rodrigues.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bright Focus a research organization for Alzheimer.
