He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocco Louis and Theresa Campo Mallardi; his brothers, Vito Mallardi, Rocco Mallardi, Jr. and Joseph Mallardi; and his sister-in-law Pamela Mallardi (Rocco Jr.).
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Marie Mallardi LaSpaluto and Bettina Mallardi; his grandchildren, Julia Delaney LaSpaluto, Drew Anthony LaSpaluto and Thomas John LaSpaluto; his sisters, Frances (Louis Miceli, Jr.) and Roseanne (Rinaldo Ciuffetelli); and his nieces and nephews, Sarah Miceli Cardone, Louis J. III, Joanna Miceli, Theresa Miceli Bairaktaris, Rocco L., Cheryl Miceli, Tammy, Dennis Boyle, Roxeanne, Jovany Colon, Rocco, Suzanne Mallardi and James Ciuffetelli.
Tony served on the Board of Governors of the Columbus Citizens Foundation which organizes the annual Columbus Day Parade on Fifth Avenue in New York City.
