It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell J. Coughlin of New Paltz, New York, born in Queens, New York, who passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell T. Coughlin and Mary Coughlin; and his brother Arthur Coughlin. He is survived by: his wife Bette Coughlin; his daughters, Heather Kraus (Philipp) of New Paltz, NY and April Coughlin (John Brayer) of Albany, NY; his sisters, Maureen Beaulieu and Cathleen Coughlin (Harry Campbell); and his grandchildren, Ryan, Izzy Kraus of New Paltz, NY and Langston Brayer of Albany, NY.
