He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris Dale Spurling and Ava Spurling (Ashley). He is survived by: his wife Frances Spurling; his children, Cheryl Spurling-Scott (Will Scott), Sharon Alfonso (Frank) and Ricky Spurling; and his grandchildren, Destiny Scott, Michael Spurling, Tyler Scott (Shelby Scott) and Frankie Alfonso, Jr. (Due).
