With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Philip Paul Dodero of New Paltz, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 20, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dodero and Rosina Portella Dodero; and his sister Carmella "Nina" Honeyman. He is survived by: his wife Carole A. Dodero of New Paltz; his daughters, Dianne Dodero (Matt Pillius) of Newburgh, NY and Leigh Ann Shingelo (Marc) of Ponder, TX; his grandchildren, Alexa Rae, Kyle, Matthew, Steven, Julianne and Carlie; and his great grandchildren, Kellyn, Colby, Chistian and Emmie.
A reception was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Copeland-Hammerl Funeral Home (162 S Putt Corners Rd, New Paltz, NY 12561). A prayer was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
