He is survived by: his parent Ida Harter (Churchhill); his spouse Kathy Trojahn; his children, Lynn Robbins (Fred) of Hopewell Junction, NY, Philip Harter, Steven Harter (Diane) of Poughkeepsie, NY and John Harter (Claudia) of Cary, NC; his sister Karen Markert (Walter) of Ballston Spa, NY; and his stepdaughter Aimee Gadaleto of New Paltz. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and 3 nieces.
