We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2020, at the age of 89, Peter J. Savago (New Paltz, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Petrina Savago, Sr. (LaRocca). He is survived by: his wife Ethel Ellen Ashton; and his children, Peter (Dona Savago, Jr.), John (Terrilee Savago) and Susan (Marcus Conklin). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
The family suggests that memorial donations in Pete's name be made to either Hudson Valley Hospice, 374 Violet Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601, or the New Paltz V.F.W. Post 8645, 101 NY-208, New Paltz, NY 12561, New Paltz Fire Department 25 Plattekill Avenue, New Paltz, NY 12561 or to the charity of one's choice.
