He was predeceased by: his parents, Costantino Ferrante and Olivetta Terrana Ferrante; his wife Carol Ann Ferrante; his son John Ferrante; and his brothers, Anthony, Sandy and John Ferrante.

He is survived by: his sons, Peter J. Ferrante (MaryBeth) of New Paltz, Robert Ferrante of New Paltz, Sande Ferrante (Linda) of New Paltz and Tim Ferrante (Lisa) of New Paltz; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Ferrante of Danbury, CT and Barbara Zachensky (Stephen) of Sleepy Hollow, NY.. He is also survived by Twelve grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
