We bid farewell to Patria Cintron (New Paltz, New York), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 23, 2025 at the age of 82. Patria touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Luis A. Cintron; her parents, Patricio Rivera and Victoria Acevedo; and her uncle Toño Acevedo. She is survived by: her daughter Maria Mujica; her son-in-law Joseph Mujica; her son Jose Cintron; her daughter-in-law Tiffany R. Johnson; and her grandchildren, Victoria Renee Cintron, Luis David Cintron, Amanda Newton and Kassandra Mujica.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Fatima Church (1250 NY-32, Wallkill, NY 12568).
Patria's heart, though heavy with loss, continued to embrace their love with his memory giving her the strength to endure the battle that lay ahead of her with the unforgiving disease that is Alzheimer's.
