He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Salvemine and Mary Salvemine; and his sister Victoria Smith. He is survived by: his wife Felicia Salvemine; and his children, Mark Salvemine, Rick Kramer (Rhonda), Gerry Kramer (Valerie), Kurt Kramer (Tammy) and Kristine Van Kuren (Richard). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to his favorite charity, St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
