She was predeceased by: her parents, P. Joseph Beichert and Gertrude Beichert (Connors); her husband William E. Powers, Jr.; and her siblings, Gai Beichert Hughes (Richard Hughes) and Philip Beichert (Kathleen).
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Powers Faerber (ME), William E. Powers III (Angela) and Jodi Powers Savarese (Bill Savarese); her grandchildren, William Eugene Powers Savarese (NY), Mara Lynn Savarese (NY), John B. Powers (NY) and William G. Powers (DC); and her granddaughter-in-law Bridget Brady Powers (DC). She is also survived by her children, "Gamme's" four grandchildren, and recently a granddaughter-in-law.
