He was predeceased by: his parents, Jozef Gembarovic and Bozena Gembarovic (Kratka). He is survived by: his wife Eva Gembarovicova (Lofflerova); his children, Julia Friday, Matthew and Joe Freeman; his granddaughter Sylvia Friday; his sister Eva Vilkova (Vladimir Vilk); and his nieces, Ivana Leckesiova and Zuzana Vandlikova.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis TN 38105.
