He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Owens and Anna Owens; and his brother Gerald Owens. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Owens; his children, Joseph Owens (Cathy Downey) of Weymouth, MA, Jerylann Warner of Atlanta, GA, Pamela Burton (Mark) of Fairbanks, AK and Kristen Vieira of Providence, RI.; and his sister Karen Kotansky of Lancaster, NY.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
