It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Joseph Schorschinsky Jr. (New Paltz, New York), born in Queens, New York, who passed away on March 31, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph and Josephine Schorschinsky (Amato); and his sister Florence Constance Rinni (Schorschinsky). He is survived by: his children, John Paul Matthew Schorschinsky of Hopewell Junction, NY and Danielle Schorschinsky (Michael Campbell) of Bellevue, NE; his partner's children, Tracy Hulbert (Todd) of New Paltz, NY and Glenn Schobert; his grandchildren, AJ, Ty, Ryan, Morgan, Caitlin and Braden; his son Michael Zaccaria; and his pet Freddy The Freeloader.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations in John's name be made to one's favorite local military organization.
