It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Joseph Kurta of New Paltz, New York, who passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kurta and Gabriela Kurta (Deutch). He is survived by: his wife Dee Jaye Kurta; his children, Todd Kurta of Columbus, OH and Jade Kurta (Anthony) of New Paltz, NY.; his grandson Blake Venditti of New Paltz, NY.; and his brothers, Frank Kurta of New Paltz, NY and Wilfred Kurta (Teresa) of Modena, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
