He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera Kniffen (Kelsey) and Walter Kniffen; and his brother Jeffrey Kniffen. He is survived by: his wife Michele R. Niles; his children, Robin L. Jandreau (Dean) of Hurley, NY and Michael Childs (April) of Maybrook, NY; his sister Heidi Van Alstyne (William) of New Baltimore, NY; his grandson Matthew Childs; and his pets, Daisy, Korky and Rascal.
