He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Adair and Ruth Adair. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Olive Ralph; his children, Dominique Adair and Francesca; and his grandchildren, Mac Adair O'Hara and Annabella Adair Proctor of Brooklyn.
