He is survived by: his parents, Norman Polatsek and Sarah Polatsek (Klein); his wife June; his son Mark (Yoshiko) of Denver; his granddaughter Helen; his children, Hugh (Lucy Delgado) and Jennifer (Mark Delacorte); his granddaughters, Kate and Indira; and his sister Miriam Polatsek.
