He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Carter and Linda LaFalce of Coxackie, NY; his grandchildren, Matthew Solaas and Rebecca Decker; his great grandchild Davis Decker of Kingston, NY; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Hegeman of Boynton Beach, FL and Susan Moraca of Highland, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
