It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles R. Hamilton of New Paltz, New York, who passed away on November 30, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles R. Hamilton to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hamilton and Norma Hamilton; and his sister Melanie. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann; his daughters, Nicole and Rebecca; his grandson Justin; his siblings, John (Barbara), Patrica (Joe) and Terry (Glenn); and his sister-in-law Donna Marie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Copeland-Hammerl Funeral Home (162 S Putt Corners Rd, New Paltz, NY 12561). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Charles Hamilton's name to Winslow Therapeutic Center of Warwick, NY at Winslow.org.
