She is survived by: her sons, Frank, Dale and Noel; her grandchildren, Sarahanne, Justin, Brian, Cassandra, Nicholas and Katrina; and her great grandchildren, Christopher, Crystal, Jordan, Ashley, Julian, Myla, Luca, Thea and Brycen.

Alphia will be cremated and any memorial donations can be made in her name to the Ulster County SPCA, 20 Wiedy Drive, Kingston, NY.
