William C. Hanrahan Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William C. Hanrahan (New Hyde Park, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 6, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ellen and Thomas Hanrahan; his wife Bridget McKiernan; and his siblings, Helen, Con and Tom.

He is survived by: his daughter Kathleen (Ray Mirza); his grandchildren, Laith, Asher, Kaden and Manhattan; his son Kiernan (Katie); his grandchildren, Liam, Doran and Kellen; his great grandchild Kerry Ann (John Kessler); his grandchild New Hyde Park; his siblings, Den, Brendan and Mary; and also John John. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

As William was a devoted and lifelong parishioner at Holy Spirit Church, in lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations in his honor to Holy Spirit or Notre Dame church, both in New Hyde Park.
