As Louise departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Louise may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Louise leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her husband John T. Fried; and her brother Robert Dreyer. She is survived by: her children, Denise Fried Walsh (Steven Walsh) and John Fried; and her grandchildren, Mallory Walsh Abernethy (Tom Abernethy), Leah Walsh and Logan Walsh.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the New Hyde Park Funeral Home (506 Lakeville Rd, New Hyde Park, NY 11040). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:45 AM at the Notre Dame R. C. Church (5 Mayfair Rd, New Hyde Park, NY 11040).
