He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Balantic and Helen Balantic (McCaul). He is survived by: his wife Grace; his daughters, Jeannette Balantic of Floral Park and Catherine Lembo; his sister Lois Teetz of New Hyde Park; and his grandchildren, Finn, Eamon Cullen of Montana, Lawrence, Christian and Emma Lembo of Farmingdale.

IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, Donations may be made in Jim's name to a charity of your choice.
