We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2024, at the age of 82, James L. Balantic (New Hyde Park, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Balantic and Helen Balantic (McCaul). He is survived by: his wife Grace; his daughters, Jeannette Balantic of Floral Park and Catherine Lembo; his sister Lois Teetz of New Hyde Park; and his grandchildren, Finn, Eamon Cullen of Montana, Lawrence, Christian and Emma Lembo of Farmingdale.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the New Hyde Park Funeral Home (506 Lakeville Rd, New Hyde Park, NY 11040). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Victory R. C. Church (2 Floral Pkwy, Floral Park, NY 11001).

IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, Donations may be made in Jim's name to a charity of your choice.
