He is survived by: his wife Belinda Alton Burns; his son Paul Burns (Elizabeth) of Chattanooga, TN; his stepchildren, Jason Casey of Oswego, Jessica Casey of Oswego and Adam Casey of Little Falls, NY; his grandson Nolan Burns of Tennessee; his siblings, Tommy Burns and Tammy Hollister of Oswego; his stepgrandchildren, Jarrod Casey, Julian Casey and Corey Carpetyn; and his close friend William Schaffer.
