Parkhurst, Sr.; her children, Tracy Wise (Rob), Phil Parkhurst (Jolene), Amy Cavellier (John), Matthew Parkhurst (Rebekah), John Parkhurst (Amy), Sarah Miceli (Mat), Rachel Heath (Todd) and Leah Raffa (Jared); and her siblings, Dorisann Mullen and Oscar Berry, Jr.. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
