Budlong (New Hartford, New York), born in Utica, New York, who passed away on July 5, 2018, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent William Budlong; and his brother-in-law Darrell Brown. He is survived by: his parent Laura Kanfoush Budlong; his wife Kelly; his children, Andrew Budlong of Syracuse and Olivia Budlong of Canastota; his siblings, William Budlong, Christine Brown of Clinton, Kenneth Budlong (Linda) of New Hartford and Joanne Bianco (Rick) of New Hartford; his father-in-law James Piccola; his brothers-in-law, Jim Piccola (Kathy) of Utica and Vincent Piccola (Denise) of Utica; and also Christina of Syracuse. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many great friends.
