He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Winn and Barbara Simon Winn. He is survived by: his siblings, Jay A. Winn (Maryjude) of New Hartford and Margaret Fisher (Joseph) of Gaithersburg, MD; his brothers-in-law, Tim, Tom and Ted Allen; his niece Dawn Hamlin (Anthony); and his great-niece Katherine Hamlin.
