He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Penna and Lucille Penna. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Martin; his children, Alicia Marie Elwood (Eugene) of New Hartford, Jonathan Penna (Patrick Bedard) of Olympia, WA and Brandon Foster Sr. (Jeanine) of Garner, NC; his grandchildren, Jordan Foster, Brandon Foster Jr., Noah Elwood, Ava Elwood and Ethan Penna-Bedard; his brother Gary Penna (Joyce) of South Carolina; and his pets, Cocoa and Litabit.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Services (13 Oxford Rd, New Hartford, NY 13413). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warriors or the Utica Zoo.
