Philip J. DeFazio Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip J. DeFazio Sr. of New Hartford, New York, born in Utica, New York, who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank DeFazio and Angeline DeFazio (Domenicone); his siblings, Barbara DeFazio Smith, Ronald DeFazio and Frank DeFazio; and his brother-in-law Joseph A LoGalbo.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary LoGalbo; his daughter Deborah DeFazio of Las Vegas; his grandson Derek DeFazio of New Hartford; his sister Mary Ellen; and his siblings-in-law, Gene D'Amico of New Hartford and Jan Marie LoGalbo of Utica. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
