She was predeceased by: her daughter Patricia Pearl Jachowski; her granddaughter Debra Bayer; and her siblings, Sally Talerico, Floyd Sholes and Nelson Sholes.

She is survived by: her parents, Arthur Sholes and Virginia Sholes (North); her husband James of Whitesboro; her children-in-law, Floyd Smith, Kathy Rehm of Cape Vincent, NY, Donna Johnston, Robert Johnston and William Nunes of Schuyler; and also, Kenneth Rehm, Dawn Rehm of Utica and Donald Rehm of Whitesboro. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
