She was predeceased by: her mother Anna Sealy of Gorton Lake; her stepfather Edward Czerkies; her father Fred Bored of Utica; her siblings, Robert Bored of Florida, Marylin Carino of Utica and Shirley Wyman of South Carolina; and her parents-in-law, Grace and Joesph Piersma of Brookfield.
She is survived by: her significant other Robert C. Piersma; her children, Michael Piersma of Utica, Robin (Wyatt Owen), Laureen (Alan Johnston), Brien (Christie Piersma) and Robert J. Piersma (Gina Hall); and her sister Beverly Piperata of Utica. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
