He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Kulik and Alice Milotte; his children, Michael F. Kulik of Utica, Patricia Dodge (Matthew) of Punta Gorda, FL and Matthew Jr.; his sister Paula Mika; his siblings-in-law, Angela Williams and John Musa; his brother Ronald Kulik; and his brother-in-law Ed Mika. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
