It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marguerite Higgins (New Hartford, New York), born in Massena, New York, who passed away on June 8, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Blanche Colvin, Alma Houmiel, Howard Thompson, Loren Thompson, Lloyd Thompson and Harold Thompson.
She is survived by: her parents, Moses Thompson and Mary Elizabeth Murphy Thompson; her spouse James Higgins; her son Tom Higgins of Liverpool; her daughter-in-law Mary Lou Higgins of Liverpool; her grandchildren, Amy Sellars of Chagrin Falls, OH, Justin Higgins (Jamie), Syracuse Higgins and Aidan Higgins of Liverpool; her great grandchildren, Bryce, Grant, Dane, Avery and Cooper; and her brother Francis Thompson of Brick, NJ. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
