With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jessica A. Cooper (New Hartford, New York), born in Utica, New York, who passed away on November 5, 2019 at the age of 42. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Jacob C. "Coop" Cooper; and her grandparents, Leon, Evelyn Cooper, Giovanni and Cosimina De Carlo.

She is survived by: her parents, Leon "Jake" and Martha (De); her friend Sarah; her fiancé Chris; her sister Divina M.; her siblings-in-law, Bill Spellman and Kourtney Cooper; her nieces and nephews, Dominique Spellman, Antonio, Jacob, Aianna and Aviella Cooper; and also, Patricia Falcone and Julie Falcone. She is also survived by her aunts and uncles, her many cousins.
