He is survived by: his parent Donna Blackburn; his siblings, Wendy Barrett (Scott) of Leonardsville, Debbie Tompkins (Ken) of New Hartford, David Blackburn (Callie) of Keller, TX and Andrea D'Addio (Dave) of Cheshire, CT.; and also, Connor Barrett, Hannah Barrett, Aaron Tompkins, Gracie Blackburn, Chloe Blackburn, Sidni Heitz, Dylan D'Addio and Kai D'Addio.
