He is survived by: his former spouse Candiss Potter (Morra); his wife Dorothy Niznik; his daughter Jaime Acquaviva Chaufty (Jeremy Chaufty); his stepchildren, John, Cathy Wyborski, Melanie and Christian Pogoda; his granddaughter Alaina Chaufty; his stepgrandchildren, Alexis LaBella, Christian Pogoda Jr. and Connor Pogoda; his siblings, Jessie (Robert Hanes), Mark A. Acquaviva Sr. and Diana Owen; and his parents-in-law, Deborah, Peter Wyborski, Richard and Vicki Niznik. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
