Hecox (New Hartford, New York), born in Utica, New York, who passed away on July 19, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Muriel B. Hecox. She is survived by: her parents, Lester P. and Kathleen N. Hecox; her sister Kathleen Philo of New Hartford; her niece Deborah Green (Bernard); her nephews, Robert Philo (Sue) and Raymond Philo; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kimberly Philo, Allison Philo, Christopher Green and Patrick Green.
