It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Franca G. Dowd (New Hartford, New York), who passed away, on May 21, 2020. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Herbert J. Dowd; her children, Barbara Byrne (Edward) and Paul Dowd (Jennifer Smith); and her son-in-law Douglas Whitfield. She is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Herb, and daughter Franca. Due to Covid-19 restrictions a private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
A public Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church in Clinton at a later date to be announced.By family request, please omit flowers. Donation to the M.S. Society or Hospice and Palliative Care would be gratefully appreciated.Arrangements are in the care of Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Services, New Hartford.
