He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Penner and Anna Penner (Guggeis); his daughter Cathleen; and his siblings, Edward, Helen Sittig, Anne Bishton, Margaret Moulton and Mary Walsh.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Patricia Nolan; his wife Bertha C Lawson; his son Dan Penner (Kim); his grandchildren, Ryan of Yorktown Heights and Jessica of Yorktown Heights; his great grandchildren, Steven Lawson (Patty) of Holland Patent, NY, Linda Quinn of Austin and Rosemary Lawson of Barneveld, NY.; and also, Andrew, Meggan, Liz, Heather, Ian, Jessica, Brittany and Amber. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
