He is survived by: his parents, LeRoy G. Matthews and Bertha M. Burbank; his siblings, Ruth Matthews Henk and LeRoy "Roy" Matthews; his wife Annette P. Matthews; his children, Raymond Matthews (Cher Larsen) of Sandy, Richard Matthews (Holly) of New Hartford, NY, Donna Roeser (Dwight) of Williston, VT and Douglas Matthews (Linda) of Hamilton; and his grandchildren, Hanna Nueman (Derrick), Amanda Castillo (Cory), Hyrum Matthews (Ashlee), Adam Matthews (Melissa Ostler), Alex Matthews (Michelle), Heather Matthews (Ryan Kelly), Brett Roeser (Mika Moore) and Evan Roeser (Laura Francella). He is also survived by great grandchildren along with three fantastic nephews.
