She was predeceased by: her parents, John Green and Blanche Green; her husband Bernard F. Stephens; and her siblings, John Green, Robert Green and Betty Hale.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Stephens, Tony, III Asfur (Kirsten Lawlor), Ricky Asher (Alekxa), Deborah and Raymond Hapanowicz; her grandchildren, Nicole Lichorowic (Scott) and Matthew Hapanowicz (Abigail); her daughter Donna Cichon; her grandchildren, Stephen Cichon, Everett Cichon, Samantha Cichon and Justin Cichon (Vanessa); her children, Pamela and Glenn Smith; her grandchildren, Mariah Smith and Santana Block (Aaron); her children, Bernard and Cheryl Stephens; her grandchildren, Zachary and Lauren; her sister Patricia Morgan; her son-in-law James Cichon; and her sisters-in-law, Fran Green and Irene Green. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and many lifelong friends.
