He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernardino Sante and Maryrose; his siblings, Mary DeTraglia, Madge (Walter Eddington), Maurice (Rose Maggiolino) and Frank Maggiolino; his brothers-in-law, Frank "Hank" Balzano, Michael Fiore and Salvatore Fiore; his nephew Chris Destito; and his close friend Frank Scalise.
He is survived by: his wife Toni; his children, Hon and Bernard J. Turi (Kerry Maya); his grandchildren, Francesca E. Romano (August J. Groth IV) of Alexandra, J. L, Romano, Bernard J. Turi, Alessandra E. Turi, Architect and Jonny Cangemi; his sister-in-law Victoria Balzano; his nieces and nephews, RoAnn Destito, Maurice, Janet Maggiolino, Maryrose, Ralph Lucarelli, Judianne, Richard Smith, Rosemary, John Morgan, Rosemarie and Jim Diana; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Christopher Destito (Jen Calandra), Maurice, Mandy Maggiolino, Jon Michael, Becky Maggiolino, Aimi, Mark Grysko, Lisa Lucarelli, Robert Mirando, Annaliese Lucarelli, Justin, Gretchen Smith, Matthew, Elizabeth Smith, Adrienne Smith, Andrea Morgan, Mimi, John Randall, Frank, Carlaine Madia, Tricia, Joseph Spina, Dominick and Stephen Fiore; his cousin Lucretia Hunt; his close friends, Tommy Dacquino, Sam Jr. Simon, Bernie Froio and Chuck Sadallah; and also Carol Turi.
