She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Schneider and Lucie Pierson Schneider; her husband David C. Price; her daughter Judith Ann; her son-in-law Michael Valentine; her grandson-in-law Josh Mott; her grandsons, Mark Nichols, Adam and Andrew Valentine; and her siblings, Charles, Malven, Frederick and Lois Gregory.
She is survived by: her children, Linda McFadden (Tim) of Bainbridge, PA, Martha Nichols (Douglas) of Stafford, NY, Deborah Price of Ventura, CA, Carole Valentine of Oklahoma City, OK and David R Price of Yuba City, CA; and her sister-in-law Thelma Schneider. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren.
