He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Bernadette O'Brien and Arthur M. Hornett; his sisters, Patricia Fletcher and Mary Therese Simpson; and his parents-in-law, Beverly Campisi, Connie, Earle Fletcher and Kenneth Seymour.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Mary Seymour; his wife Mary; his daughters, Patricia McHarris (Donald), Sheila Ward (Patrick) and Katie Achen (Steve); his grandchildren, Danielle Manolescu (Luke), Patrick McHarris (Daniele Casper), Matthew McHarris, Patrick Ward, Rachel Ward, Zachary, Daniel and Abby Achen; and his parents-in-law, Loraine, Robert Loomis, Jack Campisi and Robert Simpson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
