Flanagan (New Hartford, New York), born in Utica, New York, who passed away on August 3, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Stefanie Pieloch and Ignatius Pieloch; her spouse Leo P. Flanagan; her son Thomas of Massachusetts; her grandchildren, Thomas, Kelly and Kara; her brother Daniel Pieloch; her sister-in-law Virginia Pieloch; and her sisters, Olga and Loretta. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
