He was predeceased by: his parents, John DeBlock and Suzanne Lutjens DeBlock of New Hampton, NY.; his parents-in-law, Moses and Patricia Stivers (Beairsto); his niece Jacqueline Zwart; his nephew Jeremy DeBlock; and his brother-in-law David Jacks.
He is survived by: his children, Allison Berlin (Steve), Jason DeBlock (Shannon), Andrew DeBlock (Elizabeth) and Matthew DeBlock (Lauren); his grandchildren, Ben, Abby, Warner, Wesley, William, Chris, Maddy, Nate, Aidan and Owen; and his siblings, Nancy Lust (Henry), Gloria Jean Squire (Jim), Linda Clark (Garf), Robert DeBlock, James DeBlock (Lori), Thomas DeBlock (Melody) and Susan Jacks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
