He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Arroyo; his children, Brandon D. Arroyo, Victoria C. Arroyo and Sabrina J. Arroyo; his siblings, Ana Maria Monterroso and Jose Arroyo; and his nieces and nephews, Andrea Arroyo, Wilson Arroyo, Ana Beatriz, Amilcar Estuardo and Luis Pedro.
