He was predeceased by: his parents, John Calvert and Florence Calvert; and his siblings, Joe, Anna, William, Mildred, John Jr. and Florence.

He is survived by: his wife Deanna; his children, Val, Deanna, John, Florence and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Howard and Harriet. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
