He is survived by: his parents, Tom Armstrong and Kate Armstrong of Nyack, NY; his daughters, Payton Rose and Claire Marie; his siblings, Kathleen, Michael Finnerty of Garnerville, NY, Thomas, Julie Armstrong of Avon, CT, Patrick and Nancy Armstrong of Bridgewater, NJ.; and his nieces and nephews, Meagan, Michael, Sean, Taylor, Lauren, Cindy, Henry and Scarlett. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and closest friends.
